Bar Manager
We're looking for an experienced, energetic and commercially minded working Bar Manager to become a key part of our future. A competitive salary and generous tips are available for the right person. This is a genuinely hands-on position. We're looking for someone who leads from the front—pulling pints, supporting the team during busy services and setting the standard every day. While you'll take responsibility for stock ordering, beverage margins, rotas and cellar management, this is very much a working manager role at the heart of a thriving business. We need someone we can trust to take ownership of the bar operation and confidently run the pub in our absence. You'll be comfortable making decisions, closing the pub at the end of the night and ensuring everything runs smoothly and professionally from start to finish.
