CHRISTMAS BOOKINGS
We’re delighted that you’ve chosen Winyard’s Gap to celebrate the festive season with us. December is always a wonderfully busy time, and to make sure your experience is smooth and memorable, we’ve outlined a few important details to help you plan your visit.

DEPOSITS
For parties of eight or more, a deposit of £10 per person is required to secure your table. The deposit is redeemable against your bill on the day of your booking. Deposits can be paid by BACS, via payment link or in person.

PAYMENT
Where possible, we kindly ask that you limit the use of multiple card payments, as this helps us provide quicker and smoother service for everyone. For corporate bookings, we can also arrange payment via invoice. This must be agreed in advance, and invoices are due within 7 days of issue.
SERVICE CHARGE
A discretionary service charge of 10% will be added to the final bill for parties of eight and above. This will be shared equally among all members of our team, both in the kitchen and front of house.
CANCELLATIONS
For cancellations with more than 30 days’ notice, we will refund any deposit paid in full. For cancellations made with less than 14 days’ notice, deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel or reduce your party size with less than 48 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of your pre-ordered meals.
PRE ORDERS
When you make your reservation, we’ll ask you to confirm whether you’d like to dine from the set menu or from our standard a la carte menu. To keep service smooth, your whole party must choose from the same menu; we aren’t able to mix and match menus within the same booking. Children’s menus are available on request.
Our festive set menu is available from 1st - 24th December and is by pre order only, regardless of party size. Pre orders are required for tables of eight or more for standard bookings. Pre orders must be given at least 2 weeks in advance before your booking, with names of guests next to food choices. Download your copy of our pre-order form here, and simply take a photo or attach it to your email once completed.
Please let us know of any dietary requirements or allergies when you submit your food order. If you need information on allergies, please ask and we’ll be happy to help.
PARTY SIZE
Final numbers must be confirmed at least two weeks before your booking, when pre orders are given. If you would like to add extra guests after this, we will always do our best to accommodate, although this is subject to space and availability.
